My sweet baby boy, I can't believe you are 9 months old. I really feel like these last 9 months have flown by!!!! You are my sunshine, and you make me and your daddy so happy! You have a way of always cheering me up!!!!!
You had your 9 month check up on Monday, and you weighed 18lbs 12 oz and are between 25-50th percentile. You are 28 inches long which is the 50-75th percentile. So you are thinning out! I think it's because you are constantly moving. You also have 8 teeth which is alot for your age. You love to bite and chew on everything! Including me and daddy! I am always finding paper in your mouth.
You love to play, play, play! You love anything you can get your hands on, especially books and stuffed animals. Oh and you LOVE taking baths! You love to splash and then laugh!
Right now you can sit up really well. You also army crawl everywhere! You are starting to crawl on your knees, but I think you really like army crawling better. You get so excited when we stand you up against anything. It's funny because you totally act proud of yourself. You also love it when we walk holding your hands. I think you feel like such a big kid!!
You are a very friendly kid. Everywhere we go, everyone wants to talk you you and you always smile at them. Everyone comments on your big pretty blue eyes that you got from Daddy!
You make tons of goofy faces, including this one above!!!
You love to give hugs and cuddle, but not if there is other fun things in front of you. The other day too, you gave me an open mouth kiss!! It was so cute!!!!!
You are a great sleeper. You sleep usually 11-12 hours a night and always wake up between 6:30-7 no matter how late you went to bed. You usually go down without crying, but sometimes you do because I think you feel like you are missing out on something.
You love being outside. Even when you were younger if you were fussy, I would take you outside and you would immediately calm down!!!! We take you jogging with us 3 times a week and you love it!!!!
You love to talk too. You are constantly jibber jabbering and yelling. The other day you even screamed! I think you like to hear yourself. You say mamama and dadada alot too.
It's the weirdest thing, but you love getting air blown in your face. i think that's because uncle Tanner has been blowing in your face since you were really little! You love it when I blow the blow dryer in your face and are in such awe of it!!!!
You love the songs Popcorn Popping and 5 Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed and if you are crying or whining, I can always get you to stop if I sing those 2 songs! You even giggle sometimes when I sing them!
You love your cousins William and Gracie. Whenever they come in our part of the house you get so excited!! They love to play with you and to try to get you to laugh!
Your little feet are still so chubby and it's so cute!! They are really little length wise but super chubby!! They always remind me of when I was just about to have you how swollen my feet were.
I have tons of nicknames for you. Some include Bubby, Bubba, Sam boy, Sammy, Gugs (Gracie gave you that one) stinky, stink face, stinky britches, baby cakes, just to name a few. You answer mostly to Sammy, but if you hear me or Dady's voice you always look at us!
Sam, you are me and Daddy's pride and joy! You bring us so much happiness! I can't even imagine life without you. Pretty much everytime you go down for a nap, I can't wait to see your smile when you wake up. You have such a cute smile that makes me happy. You are definately our Rainbow baby! I love you so much Sammy boy my bubba!!!

This beautiful lamp was one of my gifts! Debbie my sis-in-law found this beauty at an estate sale and I was in love with it! Well her and my other sis-in-law Connie gave Mark the idea to get it for me! I was so suprised Christmas morning......and soooo excited!!!!!
Oh and we also got to talk to my little bro Taylor who is on his mission in England! He was actually allowed to Skype so we got to see him! It was so fun!!!
My little Sam boy got sick Christmas night and was sick for almost 2 weeks.....it was sooo sad!!! They thought he had RSV but not bad enough for him to be in the hospital, but we had to give him breathing treatments every 4 hours. It was NOT a fun 2 weeks!!!

This handsome guy started his last semester at ASU!!!! Woo hoo!! He also has applied to 11 Law schools.....we are still waiting to hear! SO say a prayer for us to get in!!!
Mid January we ran in London's Run!! I ran the 2 mile fun run, Mark, Russ and Eric ran the 10k, and Allie ran the 1/2 Marathon!

Then when we got back from Utah, I had recieved our new bedding from Urban Outfitters! Thanks Mom and Dad for my way early birthday present!!!
Oh and in January our stake had a give and take thing at our stake center and I had gotten matching nightstands! So I redid them!! Here is one of them before:
And here is both of them after!!! I got the nightstands for free, and the paint and stain cost $13 so I got 2 new nightstands for $13!! Awesome!!!!!!
Then last weekend on Feb 26th, Mark, Eric and I ran in the 2 sisters one heart 5k!!! It was hard for me but hey....I ran 3 miles!! Woo hoo!!!
Oh and last Friday my baby brother Aaron J Dahl got accepted to U of A Medical School!!! Hoooray!!!!!!!!!!!!! congrats little bro!!!! Love you!!! You will be a great doctor!!!
