November 24th

Last Wednesday this cute couple had their 3rd anniversary. 3rd!!!! Can you believe it? Actually we both agreed that it seems more like 10..........I know you are all thinking it, but we don't mean in a bad way. Actually the last 3 years have been a great adventure with the love of my life!!!! I have the best husband in the world. Mark is the greatest father, is a hard worker, makes me laugh all the time, treats me with great respect, and alwaays makes me feel loved.

AWWwwwwww! We are cute!!! For our anniversary, my cute huuby booked us a night in a Bed and Breakfast in Safford. It was Called the Olney House. My wonderful parents watched Sammy for us......thanks Mom and Dad!!! This is us just leaving for Safford.

So we didn't actually stay in the house, we stayed in this little cottage behind it because it had it's own bathroom. Once we got there, we found out that no one was staying in the house, so we would of had the whole thing to ourselves!!! Oh well, the cottage was still cool.

The wonderful Holiday season!

I was just pondering this morning on the holiday season and what it's all about. To me it's about family and showing your love to them and giving to others in need. I love the feeling of the holidays. I feel like the Holy Ghost must hang around more during this time of year. It seems like people are nicer during this time of year, and here in Arizona, the weather is perfect! I am especially excited for the holiday season this year because (hopefully) it will be the happiest holiday season I have had in a while! Mark and I will be married 3 years next week and all of the last 3 holiday seasons have been interesting or hard for both or one of us. Our first holiday season we got married (2 days after Thanksgiving) and were still getting used to spending the holidays with 2 families. Which dont get me wrong, it was great, just different. Then our 2nd holiday season I was in the hospital, our 1st child passed away and we were both grieving the death of our sweet little Miles (who would be 2 years old in 2 weeks!). That was a hard holiday season. I really felt like the whole world was being happy without me. Then last year I was about 2-3 months pregnant with our little Sammy boy and MISERABLE! So this holiday season is going to be JOYFUL! I'm excited! And Sam is old enough that I will really enjoy doing all the holiday things with him! SO to all...........HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!! and I mean it!!!!

2 weeks ago...........

..........this guy was born. Joseph Lincoln Christensen. Mark's sister Debbie, my awesome sister-in-law, gave birth to this 10lb, 5oz baby all natur-al at home in the bathtub. It was pretty cool. No, I wasn't there when she actually gave birth, but because we live with her and her neat-o family, we were home while she was in labor. Like I said I wasn't there when she actually gave birth, but I do have to say, she is a major champ!!! She made it all seem like a breeze. And man, her and Russ made one cute baby. I'm glad Sam will get to grow up with this cute kid. I hope they are good friends.

Here is my cute kiddo and my cute nephews and niece. William is 6 and loves to play with Sam and act out any and every movie he watches. Gracie is 3 and also LOVES to play with Sam and also loves to sing and put on makeup. They love their new baby brother and their cousin Sam.

Cousins!!! I need to take a picture of it, but Sam and Jospeh's feet are exactly the same length! (Sam are way chubbier). Minus one day, they are exactly 5 months apart. Sam really doesn't know what to think in this pic!

Another one of all the cousins! I'm glad we get to live with Debbie and Russ and their kids for this last year of Mark's undergrad. It has really saved our lives!! People ask me all the time if it is hard and I can honestly say it hasn't been hard at all. I will always look back at this time and remember it was fun living here. It has been good to live with them having a baby because they could tell us what to do if we didn't know, and it has made us all become closer friends. Thanks Debbie and Russ for everything! Oh and congrats on baby Joseph!

Halloween!!!!!

What can I even Say????? OHHH SO CUTE!!!! My sweet little Lion boy!

So Halloween this year was pretty uneventful. I dressed up 80's for work on Saturday and then that night we went to our ward Trunk-or-Treat. Mark is Nacho Libre, and Sammy is a cute Lion!

On Halloween we had dinner at my parents house and I dressed Sam in a cute Halloween sleeper!

I am so grateful for my mom. Other than Mark she is definately my best friend. We spend a lot of time together, and I love it!! She is a very selfless person who would do anything for anyone. She is a lot of fun to hang out and is super stylish! Happy birthday mom!!! I love you!!!

IN the midst of these last 5 months, both me and my hot hubby had a birthday. Mine, on June 24th, Mark's on Sept.14th. I turned 27, and my hunny bunny turned 31!!! I dont have any pics from my b-day but here we are celebrating Mark's big day!!!! I'm glad I married such a great, wonderful, sweet, handsome guy!!! I love you Marky poo!
